Vinification

Maceration in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature between 26º and 30º. Interruption of fermentation with grape brandy in order to obtain the desired degree of sweetness.

Aging

50% balseiro, 50% French Oak half pipes with 3 years of use in Douro wine.
