Vinification
Maceration in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature between 26º and 30º. Interruption of fermentation with grape brandy in order to obtain the desired degree of sweetness.
Aging
Stainless steel vats and 10% of the blend is old wine aged in balseiro.
