Vinification

Maceration in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature between 26º and 30º. Interruption of fermentation with grape brandy in order to obtain the desired degree of sweetness.

Aging

Blend of a selection of fresh and fruity wines aged between 4 and 5 years, aged in balseiros and stainless steel.
