Traditional grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz

Vinification

Maceration in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature between 26º and 30º. Interruption of fermentation with grape brandy in order to obtain the desired degree of sweetness.

Aging

Blend of Port wines from different harvests aged in old 550 liter casks (known as barrels) and toneis (big barrels) aged between 10 and 30 years.
